Do you work online or in-person?I only provide therapy sessions online with the video, usually through Zoom. As for mindfulness training to groups, it can be online or in-person.

In which languages do you practise therapy?I am fluent in both French and English, so you can choose the most comfortable language for you.

What is the cancellation policy?If you need to cancel a session, please provide 48 hours' notice. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

Is therapy completely confidential?Counselling and psychotherapy usually maintain complete confidentiality. However, it is essential to note that there are certain circumstances where ethical and legal obligations must be considered. For instance, the Child Protection Act safeguards the rights and welfare of children and minors. I will thoroughly explain confidentiality during our first session.

How many sessions will I need?The number of sessions required varies for each individual. Generally, it is recommended to attend a minimum of six counselling sessions to benefit from the process. However, the actual number of sessions depends on your specific needs and the complexity of the issues you share. Ultimately, you are the best judge and will likely know when you feel ready to conclude counselling.

How frequently should the sessions be held?Typically, sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis. This regular and consistent therapy allows the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client to develop more effectively, enabling a deeper understanding of personal experiences. In some cases, sessions may be arranged fortnightly by mutual agreement.
